1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Velsa Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt), c/o Konstantin Häfner, Gerichtstraße 18, 13347 Berlin, Germany, email: info@velsa.de (see Legal notice).

We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the purposes described below, and delete it as soon as the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Render Services, Inc., 525 Brannan St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA ("Render") and delivered via a content delivery network. When you visit the website, Render automatically processes data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, status code, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser type, operating system and language.

This data is technically necessary to display the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in a functional and secure website. Data is transmitted with TLS encryption.

Render processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may also be transferred to the USA. Render is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF); in addition, we base the transfer on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). 3. No cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not store any information on your device. Fonts are loaded from our own hosting. We do not embed any third-party content.

4. Booking a call

We use meetergo, provided by meetergo GmbH, Hansaring 61, 50670 Köln, Germany, to schedule calls. When you click "Book a call", you are taken to meetergo's booking page. There we process the data you enter (name, email address, company, and where provided phone number and message) and the time slot you choose, in order to prepare and hold the call.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers). meetergo processes the data on our behalf on servers in the EU. 5. Contact by email and video calls

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (email address, and where provided name, company, phone number and the content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and for enquiries about a possible contract Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

For email, calendar and video calls we use Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet), provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the European Commission's standard contractual clauses also apply. You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
